Super simple customer support for small teams

As a bootstrapped founder, I needed a way for customers to contact me, so I can provide support and prioritize what to work on next.

But nothing quite fit my needs. Emails are messy, live chat frustrates customers when you don't reply within seconds, and helpdesks feel too impersonal.

So I'm building an alternative: Loomtab - super simple customer support for small teams.
